"I mean, I don't know, if I knew what I was going to walk into here I'd have a different approach."

"I bet you Lia knows where you can get custom suits for hostile environments."

"I haven't known her long and yet that already doesn't surprise me much."

"She enjoys doing a wide variety of dungeons and her powers would let her function in them without the suits but not without accumulating more backlash than is actually wise for her to put with." Not that this always stops her.

"What are her powers?"

"A sort of durability that makes it harder to do more than small amounts of harm to her, combined with some self-healing and the ability to do some very impressive physical feats though that last one is at least partially just her being herself and unrelated to her powers."

"That's a good powerset."

"I think it would probably be a lot less useful on someone who wasn't so... Lia-ish? She is very excited by the ability to try things that would normally be ill-advised, which she can do given her power and my power acting as an additional safety measure against her getting trapped somewhere."

"How'd you meet?"

"I met her running dungeons and she declared that we were friends soon after. We didn't actually become partners until a while later."

"Did you have somebody else back then?"

"Yeah, though we weren't all that compatible."

"Which means it - takes longer?"

"Yeah."

"So is there an obvious place I should be selling the photographs or anything so I can not mooch off you forever?"

"I know of some people who specialize in finding commercial uses for new dungeons, maybe they would be interested?"

"Sure, that sounds good."

"You think you can take people? Or equipment?"

"I'd kind of expect it to be only what I'm wearing and carrying but I could try to, like, make off with your least favorite article of furniture?"

She can have a chair to try with.
