It's a couple weeks later that Isabella manages lucid dreaming sharing; it falls into place quite neatly.

If she waits till just before bedtime some day Maitimë is going to sleep too - will this be a pleasant surprise -

"Hi."

She doesn't figure it out at first. She blinks confusedly. "Hi - is something else on fire -"

"...do you not remember falling asleep?"

"I do, but here we are, so - oh! You got lucid dreaming."

"I got shared lucid dreaming, I already had it for myself."

"You are so magical and it's lovely."

"Mm-hm." And now they are sitting on a cloud overlooking the Grand Canyon. "I don't have a way to let you operate any dream stuff besides yourself, but you will be able to wake up at will."

Oh look eartips bright red again. "Okay. Wow, this is pretty, where -"

"It's on Earth, it's called the Grand Canyon, I'm filling in some detail with dream fuzziness because I haven't really seen it from this angle."

"It's lovely. Thank you."

"My pleasure. Requests, long as I'm omnipotent?"

Can her ears get any brighter red yes they can. "I don't know all the pretty places on Earth."

"And I haven't seen most of them. It doesn't have to be sightseeing-related."

"For non-sightseeing requests it'd defeat the point if I picked them."

Here is the Moon, miraculously breathable and comfy to sit on. "This is not exactly why I picked up this skill, you know."
