BY ROYAL DECREE
The people of Westcrown are reminded that we are commanded to cast out the vices of Hell in all their forms, even at personal cost, and that those who enrich themselves with such vices will be damned as certainly as if they sign over their souls to Asmodeus Himself.
The people of Westcrown are further reminded that excess of drink is a vice of Hell, which drives men to vice through the power of Pirias.
The people of Westcrown are encouraged to seek drink at the temples of Erastil, Pharasma, and Iomedae, which provide god-blessed water to all who ask at no charge.
