“I see you’ve learnt to summon yourself. Clever little thing, you always were.”

He flickers shyly. "I- it. Helped. Keep me safe. And- away. From Her."

“Ooooh, I bet the bitch doesn’t like that.” The fayth laughs, deep and throaty. “Hope you’re not tiring out that summoner of yours too quickly.”

“He doesn’t tire me out at all, actually,” Yuna says, eyeing the fayth with some trepidation. 

“Good. Because I’m definitely going to.”

“You’re awfully proud for a fayth.”

“And you’re awfully antagonising for someone who likes being alive.”

"And isn't 'I'm coming with you' the answer we wanted anyway?"

"Yes, listen to the smart one. Ey's got a good head on eir shoulders."

"You will come with us? On my pilgrimage?"

The fayth nods. "There's something about you. I know you'll be the one to upend her."

"I'm still holding out for a non-summoner-suicide option."

The fayth looks at Anri, but says nothing.

Yuna places one hand on the glass covering the fayth, and opens her heart.

There's a sounds like a scream as the fayth joins with Yuna.

Yuna takes a deep breath, feeling sweat pool along her brow. "Thank you, Natassa."

The fayth nods.

Anri reaches for Yuna's hand again, squeezing it gently.

Yuna squeezes back, still a little unnerved. 

The fayth settles back, and closes her eyes.

"We're done here," Auron says, leading the way out.

Anri guides Yuna out, occasionally glancing back.

Aten continues to stay close.
