That… is a pretty tempting offer. In a week where he finds a decent number of buyers for infernal healing, he can make that much, several times over if he sells every slot he has, but business isn’t usually that brisk. Maybe with the steadily shrinking supply of devil’s blood he will get more business thanks to his rather rare ability to eschew the need for it. But on the other hand, the Good Gods have started to select clerics over the past year, which means channels, which will undercut the prices for healing again.
His best bet would be to get paid like that for his cantrips, then sell his first circle spells on the side. What does “some finesse required” even mean? A party trick of making ice directly in a glass without damaging the glass? He should practice a bit with it before interviewing.
Other qualifications… he has a bonded object, not a familiar, but maybe the prospect of emergency healings or mage armors from his bonded object spell will also be enticing if he pitches it right? He thinks his politics are moderate, maybe he should think over if he’s accidentally adopted any extreme positions in the process of trying to align himself to the Queen and her Archmages?
