The Foremost Duty of any Wise Government is to Cultivate a Better Populace. For as the Smith tempers Steel, so they Must as the Dutiful Smith Temper the very Soul of Our Nation. It is the Duty of those who Govern to Knock Off this Dross from the Ingot of Cheliax.

This must take place through Immediate Executions of All who have Threatened Life or Property or my Urchin. 

Once this has been Done, it will be Clear to all Right-Thinking Men that the Unfettered Exchange of Ideas through Pamphleteering has Improved the Character of the Nation, by Eliminating the Flawed Element.

This Tempering could then become a Yearly Tradition, evermore Improving the Character of the Population of Cheliax.
