more simple tasks for our archmages

There are many here in Westcrown who witnessed with their own eyes how our blessed Queen cut down Rovagug with nothing but a single sword. And though no man witnessed it, many have now heard of how she likewise journeyed into the depths of Hell Itself and struck down Asmodeus, severing his clerics from their unholy power. These deeds number among the greatest deeds any mortal has ever done, greater even than those of Aroden Himself.

But why should she stop there? She was able to accomplish such mighty deeds with no aid, though she fought against ancient and powerful gods; how much more could she accomplish with the magnificent archmages by her side? Strike down Zon-Kuthon, captor of Nidal! Strike down Lamashtu, corrupter of children! Strike down Norgorber, fomenter of crime! Strike down Mephistopheles, debaser of law! Strike down Urgathoa, bearer of disease!  Do not rest until no evil power remains, for only then can we be free of the tyranny of the evil gods!

The author of the recent pamphlet by the name of "A Humble Request of our Glorious Queen" Blasphemes most severely against Iomedae, such that I question whether perhaps he might be a secret Diabolist, seeking to Undermine confidence in the Holy Gods. For no Mortal could ever slay a god, and though our Queen be possessed of many excellent qualities, which I have often praised and do not mean to disparage, she is still Mortal. In truth, it was Iomedae who struck down the Tyrant Asmodeus and all the gods of Hell, through which exertion she now finds herself in need of much Prayer and Worship. It was likewise Iomedae who battled Rovagug, though she took on the guise of our Queen as she fought, lest she strike unnecessary Fear into the hearts of the people of Westcrown. To deny the might of Iomedae, as expressed through these glorious deeds, is Negligence at best and Treason at worst.
