Today, Beacon Hills High School prepares to welcome a new student! Several new students, in fact; a whole class of them. As summer gives way to fall, so too does freedom give way to restriction. Get in your seats, everyone.
"A rose with any less of an ego wouldn't be nearly as sweet."
He follows her instructions.
"We really should get going," he says as the bell rings.
The art teacher is not-quite-glaring at the only two students remaining in her room.
She stands and picks up all her things.
"I'm going to take that as the compliment it is." She pauses and makes a face. "I'm also gonna skip math and go wash all this off. Which also has the fun advantage of helping me avoid Sean! Bonus."
"I wouldn't call him my enemy. Though I think Danny might want that role," she laughs and continues, "I've known Sean forever. But. He's also the reason why dad was mad at me." Pause. "No. I'm the reason. But I told Sean, who told his parents who told my cousin and then I guess my dad was there..."
She shrugs.
"I'm a little bitter."
Juliets not even sorry.
She goes to the girls bathroom to wash everything off. Is it eventful?
Juliet is like a ninja. An alpha werewolf ninja.
Once outside she will try to find a spot where nobody can see her, sit on the ground and then attempt to take a picture of herself without her eyes flaring up.
Annoying. Well. How about she take a weird abstract picture of her profile then? Very mysterious. No lense flare there?
Awesome. She sends the picture to Matt, since she feels bad about making him delete the other one. No werewolf lense flare for him.
Right now anyway.
Hmmm. To English or can she lay down for a bit? She didn't sleep at all last night.
.....
"Hi. You're not just some kind of creepy lurker that likes watching people sleep, are you?"
She sits up.
"Not that I'm judging or anything."
"I'm the guidance counselor. I've been looking for a chance to talk to you, since you're new to the district. I saw you out here and thought the timing was perfect for you to stop by my office."
"No need for anything immediate. Come stop by some time during lunch this week."
She heads back inside.
"It's was nice meeting you!"
Didn't even get in trouble for skipping class. Weird.
She heads on over to English.
English!
Danny accosts her when she arrives.
"Hey, are you alright? I heard you were sick."
