"Huh, I would mangle it if I tried to recite from memory, but I know a book of Tormundic poets."

"Oooh."

"It's called Poems for the Household and Hearth" Felix says after a moment thinking. "There is also 'Selected Tormundic Poetry of the 20th Century' and 'When the Sky Collapses, and other poems'. Also, 'Whispers of the earth' and 'A Garland of Verses' come in Tormundic, but I'm not sure about their authorship."

"Ohh," she sighs, enviously.

"I'm sure there is even more French poetry that you know about. I bet that half of the poems are not about the weather in one way or another."

Giggle. "There's a lot, yes."

He giggles along. "We could get together and talk about poems in languages we don't speak if you want."

"...really?"

"Of course!"

"I -- yes. Yes please. Yes."

He blinks, which she can't see. "Of course." But he smiles. "You like poetry that much?"

"Yes!! Also I like you that much! Both of those things!"

Giggles. "Gosh, how flattering!"

"Is flattering good? I can be much more flattering than that."

Chuckle. "Honesty is better and I feel that you being honest is more than enough to fill my daily flattery quota."

"I can be more flattering than that even if I'm being honest!!"

"I don't doubt! Well, might doubt the accuracy of your flattery."

"I wouldn't say I was being honest and then lie to you, I promise."

"I didn't mean that you would do it on purpose. Only that you could be mistaken."

"Ohh. Well, I'm not."

"You're not?"

"Mistaken! I'm not mistaken about the things I could say."

"Of course not! You fact-check all of your flattery!"

"Not for everyone! But for you!"

"Gosh, that is really flattering."
