He purses his lips but doesn't pursue the subject.

And movie date day arrives.

And with it, a limo to pick Arthur up.

"Hop in," says Jessica through a window.

"Wow. Okay." he hops in. "Hi Jessica."

"Hi!"

"Hello."

"Hello. So, where did you two get a limo?"

"It's hers," she says, pointing at Jessica.

"Don't worry, I'll get out of your hair at the actual movie theater, I just wanted to make sure you got there in style."

"Well, this is certainly that."

She grins.

"Thank you for offering the ride."

"You're welcome!"

"It's going to be kinda hard to do any datelike things while you're watching, though."

"Like you've ever let that stop you."

"Um."

"Let's not mortify the poor boy, we've only just met, I wanna leave a good first impression."

"Oh fine."

Smile. "I'm not that easily scared."

"Good, 'cause Dayo's terrifying."

"She is a goddess of terrible beauty and despair."
