The Valar announce that they've done as much as they can in Singularity (they can't bring back peoples' babies in that critical period either, but they can get them earlier versions) and are setting up portals between there and Sanity as soon as they are confident they've cleaned up the plague. A bunch of Elf architects have this wild idea for a fivedimensional city where alternating intersections are interdimensional portals between various Valinors and they get eagerly to setting it up.
He wants so so many cuddles, the world is not supposed to have things which are this Not Okay in it.
And now Celendra is represented by Agueda Silva of Silva & Matos, South Olympus. Who promptly sues the GCP.
(Delenn gets around to answering her mail. She can tell Olivia to answer a summons if it's definitely safe. Olivia doesn't have any circles out for her right now so it shouldn't be that hard.)
They can draw a circle for her and write to confirm it's theirs, and have one for Delenn as well if she'd like to supervise.
Makes sense. They have a big stack of standard circles for this; she draws Olivia one.
There's a delay and then Olivia appears. She's a skinny dark-haired olive girl with big eyes.
She goes right up to Celendra and climbs in her lap and leans on her. Celendra hugs her and cries into her hair.
Olivia is very shy and doesn't like to talk through interpreters. She whispers in Celendra's ear. Yes Delenn took care of her and yes she went to her classes and yes she has been taking lots of pictures and videos so Celendra can look at them.
It's okay, amme, it's okay, everyone knows we're people.
Hug. No, I suppose it really isn't. But you're gonna fix it.
Olivia doesn't have wings. The prison staff want to know where her parents are.
