This "sticking around after sex" thing Bun has thought of is really excellent and Tanidio is going to put his head on Bun's chest and hope for hairpetting and affection.

Tanidio sits up and kisses Bun's temple. "I need to sleep so I can prep my spells."

In the morning, Bun wakes up to Tanidio staring blankly out into space, his hands moving very precisely, occasionally checking a book he has open on the desk.

He looks like he's concentrating, so he won't interrupt.

And hey, he didn't nearly die this time! That's good!

A few minutes later Tanidio blinks, looks more normal, casts Charm Person on Bun, and sends a Dancing Light over to boop Bun on the nose.

He laughs. "Are you just going to do that every time you have a chance to?"

"No, because I can cast Dancing Lights as many times per day as I want to, and you do not have a ball of light repeatedly thwapping you on the nose at all times."

"You're truly a master of restraint."

He calls for a servant and breakfast and then, extremely self-indulgently, gets up on the bed and puts his head on Bun's shoulder.

He's very happy to be used as furniture! More snuggles is the correct amount of snuggles.

...okay now he has to figure out how to keep Bun busy while he interrogates the girl who just showed up on their front doorstep, and ideally Suggests that she go somewhere else.

Fortunately, Charm Person means that Bun thinks he is incredibly trustworthy!

Tanidio kisses him on the forehead. "You should get breakfast while I check the wards."

"What would you like from the kitchens?"

"...I have an alternate proposal."
