Gentle soothing pets.

"Wher' you goin'?"

"It's horrible morning person time," she murmurs, "So I'm going to get started on preparing to travel." Soft forehead kiss. "You can keep cuddling."

(Micqui is, in the other direction, a total night owl; Layla's not talking loudly enough to disturb her.)

"Kay... Th'nks..."

Another kiss, before she tucks her sisters in, makes sure the curtains are well pulled, and tiptoes out.

Samira snuggles back in to Micqui, dropping into a light doze.

Micqui stirs just enough to curl around her. It's a little while before she wakes up, still.

This is a good and cozy time of day. Samira likes it.

Micqui, too.

Alas, they must get up eventually. Samira needs to make sure Layla eats breakfast, after all. 

Someone's gotta take care of her.

Absolutely. And Micqui trusts Samira to look after Layla far more than she'd trust anyone else. 

Hee.

Time to get to work, then.

Layla has papers spread across her desk and appears rather hard at work.

Samira gets food together, then goes to poke Layla.

"Time to eat."

" - Hmmph?"

"Breakfast, Layla. Come eat with us."

"I'm almost done here..."

She drapes herself across her twin's back.

"But the food's ready now..."

She looks up, startled - and then puts her hand on Samira's arm and smiles. "Okay. I'll come eat," she says with a smile, before cleaning her brush and tidying up her papers.

"Yay!"

She giggles and gives her twin a kiss. "Thank you for getting me."

Kiss! "You're welcome."

She finishes getting her things together. "Let's go eat."

To breakfast!
