Elathea takes only a little longer. And then- away they go.

She spends basically the entire chariot ride kissing her fiancée, as completely appropriate, and then leads her very quickly into the nearest point she can hop up to Luna's realm - fortunately they land just at moon rise, so they'll have time - Elathea's feet touch down on the Silver Chair, and Gleam's lips are on hers again.

Briefly. They're here for a purpose, after all.

There's a now familiar laugh. "What do I owe this visit to, hm?"

"We're getting married," Elathea says. "And you indicated you wanted to attend the wedding."

"Right now?"

"Unless you need some time to emotionally prepare yourself."

"Not at all." Teasingly: "I see Gleam's been a good influence on you."

"It's been a learning process." She caresses her new bracelet.

She laughs, delighted, gaze going to Elathea's bracelet and Gleam's collar in turn. "For both of you, I see."

"Yes," she says with great self-satisfaction.

Grin. "Excellent!"

"And, fortunately, I do have the authority to officiate a wedding..."

"That was a factor," she agrees.

"Let's pick a spot and get you two married, then."

Excellent.

...The library, or the garden outside it, seems appropriate.

The garden suits Elathea.

It's one of the most beautiful places here.

"I'll make sure it's free."

"Thank you, Lady Luna."

"You're quite welcome. Thank you for keeping me as your only guest."

Shall they away to the garden?

Yes! And to getting married.

Luna is very, very excellent, and the garden is empty of library patrons and decorated beautifully for their wedding when they arrive, a dense spread of fireflies lighting the path and twinkling in the trees, flowers all in bloom, cloth and crystal drapes around the central gazebo... It's wonderful, though Gleam mostly has eyes for her fiancée.

As it should be.

She barely hears the marriage ritual, barely notices herself speaking on Luna's cue - but she fully notices when her lips meet her wife's, the look in her wife's eyes -

Marriage kiss! Simply the best.
