If rings of power can do wizardry cancellation, whoever of Elrond, Galadriel, and Gandalf is most persuadable and likely to actually follow instructions would be useful for handling the loose Sauron.

Gandalf is very concerned there's a loose Sauron and happy to help. He would also need someone to come teleport around to get a feel for what he's trying to stop.
