Okay he's kinda over you making fun of him, actually? Especially when, like, it's not just the regular interest, because what Peter just saw was—

Eric seems to be missing a pair of balls and to have a vagina where they would've been instead.

This is one of those things Peter knew existed in his regular knowledge-brain but that his intuition brain thinks is very, very unexpected and perhaps impossible.

It's also, he is just finding out, incredibly hot and possibly the objectively correct genital configuration to have? Like, he wants that? He didn't know he wanted that? He's not sure what's happening? Is he having revelations about his gender?

It seems like while Peter was distracted by his revelation Eric managed to cajole Doyoon into getting naked, so now they're both just kinda faffing about in the water and chatting.

Wait, no, you know what? He actually, for real, has literally no reason to be like this? There are two hot naked guys in the pool over there, one of whom he is kind of in a f.w.b. situation with, the other of whom he has no prior reason to expect isn't into guys, and it's a party, and he can just get naked and get in the water, too.

Makin' it real hard for him to forget these people are weird as fuck when he can't even use turns of phrase.
