No, he's gonna rise "by the Mouth of Hell" so it's pretty guaranteed it'll be around here.

… She didn't realize 'by' was that specific. Within three towns is pretty close, to be fair.

Well most of these events tend to happen within a mile of the Hellmouth, so it's a safe assumption, vampires flock to this town not the neighbouring ones—and besides, pure practicality takes over when you can't stretch yourself around all towns nearby.
