"I could tell her to answer questions from other people, but then if you ask her something unfriendly she'll start answering and I'm not doing that."

"I see. Are there things you can't make her do in this state?"

"Well, nothing she can't actually do. 

Otherwise, depends. The less I'm - pushing it, the more it'll not work if she doesn't want it. The more I'm pushing - if I'm strong enough, then no that's about the limit."

"Well, that's a scary capability. Is there any negative side effect to resisting it? Do you have a safe example of something she could resist?"

"Not that I know of but I don't think resistance is really the operative thing." She considers.

She looks somewhat similar to how she had at the previous question. Shifts a little. Doesn't move.

"That's because I'm not pushing.

If you're worried about me going around grabbing people, it'll stop if you cut off my head or something."

She doesn't think that's exposing a secret or anything; she'd figure it'd be most people's default assumption that something like that will make people stop things.

"Please don't take actions that are likely to lead down that path. That sound disastrous. Before letting you out to wonder about we will assign you an escort that should be immune to this sort of thing. Hmmm... do you have other offensive capabilities?"

She's not sure if she should tell them that doing that won't per se kill her, and telling someone later is doable and untelling isn't so much so she's going with no.

She gives an affirmative sign.

"Are they magical capabilities?"

"I'd like to settle the 'you don't mean us harm' a bit further before I hand that out. Why do you ask?"

"It influences who gets to keep watch on you, who interacts with you and how much freedom of movement you would have outside the circle. Though, we would be willing to get the information after your confirmation."
