Doesn't do anything. Does feel real soft though.

"Hmm. Try a tattoo of some kind between the wings." 

She goes for an abstract swirly silver-green-blue pattern. 

It's okay, not great.

She extends it a bit onto her shoulders and out below the wings, swooping out where they can.

That's better.

Hmm. 

She changes it from abstract swirls to twining vines, each vine having flowers of the other two colors.

That is not as good.

She changes it back. 

"I think I've got all the low-hanging fruit on that tattoo," she reports. 

"Okay. let's try...blue fingerless gloves with silver embroidery and green opals set on the backs."

The magic likes them, though not all that much.

"Add tiny green diamonds to the silver embroidery?" 

Barely an improvement.

"Add diamonds to the embroidery on your dress?" 

That helps a little more.

"Let's try some different styles of skirt..." 

Apparently in this situation the magic prefers a handkerchief hem.

"Nice. Okay, try reducing your sleeves to three-quarter length."

This is good, but only a little.

"Let's add another layer of embroidery to your miscellaneous edges."

This is good.

"Let's see how many layers we can add before it stops helping."
