"Okay. Keep an eye out for anything else that could be suspicious evil god activity but this was apparently the best false alarm ever."

"I'm glad. Go have fun meeting up with your alternate selves."

And he appears in a city built to Eldarin sensibilities with 22nd-century tech, which should not be entirely unfamiliar, and Bella standing with Rúmil and a child who looks about five, and a lovely vaguely alien sky overhead. 

"Hi!" says Cam. "...Apparently merely landing here did not fix all my stuff."

"What kinda stuff?"

"Most relevantly, the eidetic memory necklace that lets me teleport. That's made with Arda-type magic, but it took a Fëanáro like a decade and a half to invent and I don't even have any hints to speed it along and that's assuming you've got your one of him around somewhere."

"Was that with the timeslide, because I bet I can do it five times faster without the time slide!"

"Are you Fëanáro."

"Yeah. Nice to meet you, other Bella! I also invented an interdimensional teleport to rescue my Bella when the Valar sent her away so you can just learn that interdimensional teleport, if you need one."
