He enjoys his breakfast, and after handling some business (the frantic call from Stiles about his mom takes some time), he approaches the kobold.

He keeps his voice fairly quiet. She has time to adjust her sleeping schedule.

She opens her eyes; she seems to have just been dozing. "Hello."

Then there's a knock.

"Okay." She goes to the living room and disappears behind the couch.
