There is a token attempt made to stop them, but with these particular students, no one wants to force the issue.

Juliet takes them all to her uncle's apartment. It's not actually that far from the school. She - checks that nobody is actually home and then lets them all inside.

Erica trembles. She's excited. Her heartrate tells the truth, although she's not hiding the joyful anticipation on her face, either.

"Thank you."

Isaac bears witness.

Matt stays close to his Juliet.

Juliet doesn't bother telling her it'll hurt, she already knows Erica has known pain. "Anything you need. Everything."

Her teeth rip into Erica the same place they did Isaac. At least this time nobody will die.

-he can't rely bear witness with his eyes closed, but he can't seem to open them, either. He hugs himself and waits.

She screams, but that's what the gag is for. She starts convulsing.

Juliet Does Not Panic! She stays close to Erica and - doesn't touch her, but she's there.

"I'll get something soft. We need to keep her from hurting herself. Just hold her."

He's looks for blankets, pillows, anything within easy reach, and returns, making something of a fort for Erica.

She doesn't think it'll help but she lets him do it anyway.

And eventually, it stops. Erica sits up, immediately looking to Juliet.

"I can- I can feel you. I can smell you."

"You'll get used to that. Sounds, too. There are some things you can't un-hear."

Matt rolls his eyes, helping Erica up.

Juliet hugs her, overcome with happiness and love, and - she helped.

"I can't wait to show you everything. You can do some much more now. Be so much more. Anything you want to be."

"Thank you so much. I'll make it up to you, I promise."

(He finds a corner of the room to lurk in.)

"We're pack now, Erica. You don't owe me anything."

"Sure," she says agreeably. "Pack. I can work with that. What about these jokers?"

"Also pack. Isaac's a werewolf, too, freshly turned. I'm- just Juliet's."

She blinks at him, confused, though nods agreeably.

"What - I mean, yes, you're mine. But you're still a werewolf too."

"I don't think I am. My senses seem pretty much the same. I'm not healing any faster, I checked."

"That. Doesn't seem right? I bit you. Something happened."

It was weird. Nothing like what happened with Isaac and Erica though...

"Why wouldn't you be a werewolf? Is there something else that can happen when you bite someone?"
