Cheliax be watchful. There is a GREAt TYRANNY that still lives in our land. If we do not REMOVE it then the liberty the GODS OF GOOD have given us will be squandered and Cheliax will return to the HANDS OF ASMODEUS.

When a man owns more land than he and his family can farm, what results? He must bring slaves or serfs or indentures to work the excess land for him. In every village, men are divided into master and servant. The servants have no way to eat except to serve the master, a situation which allows all manner of injustices to be done to them. In every village, the arrangement of land is structured in a way that inevitably creates Asmodean Tyrannical Hierarchy. 

TYRANNY sits at the center of EVERY VILAAGE in our land. It is like a SHRINE TO ASMODEUS lit with HELLISH FIRES that send TOXIC SMOKE up from the lowest levels to the highest, SUFFOCATING the SPIRIT OF FREEDOM. The ONLY WAY to save ourselves is to TEAR DOWN the very foundation of this tyranny. 

The land owned in excess of what one family can farm will be given to those who need it. Each village will elect a council to divide lands into plots for families without land and commons for the whole village to use. 

This SIMPLE and OBVIOUS proposal is to the BENEFIT of ALL. Writing it in the constitution is the ONE AND ONLY way to save Cheliax from falling back into DAMNATION.
