"Losing Track" - The Mechanisms

A cyborg whose brain was replaced by a computer. She has a perfect factual memory for everything that's happened since, but can only remember her former life in dreams which she forgets on waking. Emotional content doesn't get transferred from short-term to long-term memory when she sleeps, so while she knows on an intellectual level what happened the previous day, she doesn't remember how it felt.

Looks like a college student but is actually about 1200 by the time of OUATIS.
