He suffered medical experimentation at the hands of his own stepfather, who was a scientist type, but managed to escape shortly before the world went to shit. His mutation is pyrokinesis, which he often uses to boil water as a safe release for the overwhelming urge to set things on fire with his power. He's bisexual with a male-leaning preference.
