Power waxes and wanes with the tide, growing strongest at high tide and weakest at low tide. Requires all people who worship them to pay 10% of their income in return for their services, but only requires a full turn of the moon's worth for one specific service, ongoing miracles require ongoing sacrifice though.
Can support devotees. Dual gods with the Inevitable, god of Death.
