A version of Jinye who grew up in the Eastern Empire instead of the Attani Empire. There's very little difference, really, except that this one has magic. Still thinks total-sum utilitarianism is too obvious to be worth discussing, still trying to come up with excuses for why the empire should do the thing that's best for everyone, still coming up with elaborate plans for world domination.
