Psychic, possession, telepathy, mind-ripping.

Naturally decently strong at the possession, capable of controlling his brother without any strain at all, and directing others to do things that don't make them balk without any enhancement. With enhancement is an absolute monster at possession, though prolonged use can leave his mind distracted, frayed, fractured until he has time to recover.

His telepathic potential is low-level, unenhanced, except with his brother whom he can contact telepathically without any trouble at all within roughly sixty miles. Using his enhancements he can hear anyone within that radius and contact his brother from several states away, though doing this for too long will leave him both mentally-abstracted and with debilitating headaches.

Mind-ripping, or the ability to enter a person's mind and examine their memories, so-called because extended use will leave the victim mentally broken, is something he is barely capable of at all without enhancement. Again, he can get any memory from his brother so long as Alan is not working very hard to hide it from him, unenhanced, but cannot do the same to anyone else. With enhancements he can reach any memory of anyone who is not specifically trying to hide it from him. This power will give him mind-rending headaches if he uses it for too long.
