Empty Spaces — empty minds, empty hearts, empty souls. This world — world-shell, world-web even — is unlike our own. its emptiness is not lack, but power. It may be reshaped, remade, by sufficient light or darkness, force or artifice, symbol or word. Everyone and everything, from the creatures of the Door, to the gods quick and dead, to the Void itself, and many other factions and native beings besides, want to control this world for Their own, and fill it with Their law or whim. Whom — or what — shall prevail? Perhaps ... you. If so, then these two things must you do: Empty Thyself — yet to Thine own Self, be True.
