Any reds who snuck out or hid parentage or something pre-transition-era should please go get cleaned and get a wizard to clean their homes, and anyone who carried on with a red pre-transition era should please clean their homes, and wizards will be hired to do one last sweep of the streets and trains just to really be sure that nothing anywhere in Anitam is polluted, and then they are pardoned.
