The Valar announce that they've done as much as they can in Singularity (they can't bring back peoples' babies in that critical period either, but they can get them earlier versions) and are setting up portals between there and Sanity as soon as they are confident they've cleaned up the plague. A bunch of Elf architects have this wild idea for a fivedimensional city where alternating intersections are interdimensional portals between various Valinors and they get eagerly to setting it up.

Minor announces a design contest, in Hell, for outfits that tastefully incorporate the phrase 'this demon declines to be gagged'. He announces that the dimension with the dragons (who are magic, that's why no one's been able to make them) will be summoning thousands of random demons and giving free cool magic stuff, media recommendations from a really astonishingly good media recommendation source, playtime with the dragons, summons for languages you might want, and so on -
- to anybody who is wearing 'this demon declines to be gagged'.
