Can you find where the summoner is?

Sure, what are his surroundings -

A Beijing apartment.

Building -

Eventually they have the summoner tracked down and Cam notifies the nearest summoning capable person that they need to take a fairy to Beijing and here's the Mandarin phrasebook for the thing that happened.

And off he goes.

The fairy takes him to the summoner's apartment and lands him on the balcony. The summoner and his wife and children are confused.

Mandarin phrasebook! "You summoned a demon! Minor Finis Way! You tried to erase the circle but it didn't work! He answered it! You did erase the bindings! Came to tell you so you could send him home right away! Don't speak Mandarin!"

"Aiya!" exclaims the summoner's wife.

The summoner goes pale and concentrates.

Minor writes Cam that he's back in Hell safely. 

"Thank you!" he finds in the phrasebook after a minute.

"Xiexie!" agrees the summoner.

And home. 

Minor still has some circles open.

He makes a video called 'Minor almost gets in a scary accident!'

"The whole time," he says, "I was terrified that someone was going to walk in and notice that I wasn't under a binding and panic and start shooting at people. I was thinking - what do I do, do I make the gun stop working or will that just make them start using something even worse - I found my summoner and stayed in the circle and wrote home and my brother Aaron went and found the summoner and told him to send me home. I've never been so relieved to see Hell! Nobody got hurt, but please be super careful when erasing circles!!!"

He is very pleased with the idea for this project. He notifies the GCP that he transferred custody of Cam because he'll be a witness at his trial, in two months. They're invited. 

Minor's followers find this video very, er, humanizing.

Cam is dismissed, finds that the GCP has a shit ton of circles open for him again, and wishes to redo the circles-once-a-minute procedure very carefully, who wants to be his summoner.

He'll do it. Unless the GCP is likely to check in which case it should be an Elf. They are possibly likely to check.

He does it. He does it with very responsible circles, too, in case they check that as well.

How responsible?

Well, he's going to snap the binding as soon as he has Cam so Cam shouldn't care too much that he'd otherwise not be allowed to make things without explicit detailed permission.

Yeah, okay, that lets them conjure the circle without a problem, as long as they don't look at him or Macalaurë.

Cam answers his circle.

Cam's binding is gone. "Take care."

"Thanks."

And now he can walk towards people he is going to go walk towards Timothy now.

Timothy kisses him. "Hey. Thank you for not answering another one of the GCP circles, this time I think we'd have had to spring you."
