And she puts the holocomms on the table, trances for a few moments, and then picks one of them up and offers it to Satele with a grin.

Satele takes it, steps away further than the wire should stretch, ensures it is transmitting in wired mode, and tries calling the other comm.

Yup!

Satele hands her end back to the kobold with a smile.

The kobold is briefly confused, but shrugs and disappears the holocomm.

Satele doesn't have anything else for the kobold right now.

She'll go upgrade the meeting room, then - between the new entryway and redoing the defensive spells to send Occlus to Milliways, that'll take a few hours easily.

What are Ana and Raafi up to? She bets they're playing with some water elementals in the lake below the valley.

This is the case. Ana looks like she's having almost as much fun as when she's flying.

Heeeeeee.

She teleports in a couple meters above the lake, giving her just enough time to curl into a ball before hitting the water. SPLASH!

Suddenly appearing kobold! Ana is startled and alarmed! Not too startled to splash the kobold back when she resurfaces, though.

The kobold splashes her back and dives underwater again.

Raafi watches where the kobold is going and directs one of the water elementals to spout her up into the air, just gently.

Water elementals: are cheating in a water fight. Ana knows this from experience.

Yes, yes they are.

The kobold sputters and rights herself and laughs. "Okay, you can put me down now!"

After another second, the elemental eases her back into the lake, and she flits underwater again to approach Ana.

Hmm, what're they planning? Ana will stay here and find out!

The kobold pokes just her eyes and nose out of the water and waits for Ana to spot her. When Raafi sees this, he starts swimming over, curious but calm.

She's going to teleport a whole bunch of water up in the air to drop on them, isn't she. That's what Ana would do. She braces herself.

The kobold does not in fact do that thing! (Directly teleporting a quantity of water like that is actually really hard and kind of dangerous.) She bobs up out of the water, "having fun?," and then sinks back down.

"Yep!"

Ana will splash Raafi instead, since he's gotten close.

Raafi dodges, but not fast enough. Instead of retaliating, he smiles and then ducks underwater to swim away.

While Ana is distracted, the kobold darts in and attempts to tag her.

Force reflexes, go! You'll have to be faster than that, kobold!

Cheating! Well, two can do that; she blips behind Ana and tries again.

Agh, teleportation is way more cheating than the Force!

And the kobold darts away, in the same general direction Raafi went.
