"They're on Nar Shaddaa," he gives an address.

"All right. I'll go see how hard it's going to be to get there, I'll be back in a few minutes."

Bar! Tell me about Nar Shaddaa, please.

Called the Smuggler's Moon, ruled by the Hutts, much smaller than Coruscant but similar density of construction. More neon signs, floating airbarges hosting moving parties, garish casinos.

That sounds like she can at least get to it by 'stowing away' on a starship, and it being a moon makes her hopeful that specifying the gravity will be enough to let her just 'port there. What does it turn out to be in practice?

She makes it to the right planet within five tries.

Excellent. She thanks Bar, gets a map of the area around the address, and pops back to Coruscant.

"I can get us there today, no problem," she tells Evvyn, "but it might take a few tries to get close if there's not something I can aim for - a park that doesn't usually have people in it might work, or if there's some kind of big terrain feature like a lake or a cliff nearby, that kind of thing. Is there anything like that?" and she spreads out the map.

"Uh, it doesn't really have terrain? There's the Star Cluster Casino..."

"Hmm." She looks for it on the map.

It's a building big enough to almost qualify as a terrain feature. Uniquely shaped, too.

The kobold solicits photos from Bar, and then - "okay, let me see..." - trances for a solid minute.

"This should do it, I think," she says without coming out of the trance, and then there's a portal in the wall to right outside the casino.

"...Do I go with you...?"

The kobold looks to Ana, who's probably the best judge of available abilities vs. needed ones present.

She nods.

"Yeah. We'll all go together."

"Okay." He looks somewhat relieved to have the Jedi coming along.

Raafi takes his quarterstaff from where it's leaning against the wall and takes a rear guard position, and the kobold leads the way through the gate, waiting a moment to make sure it's safe before stepping away to let the others come through.

Safe is a relative term on Nar Shaddaa, but no one is willing to attack such a large group. They make it to the apartment block without incident.

Evvin turns out to have a large family, fifteen people in the building, plus five more out on various errands at the moment.

That isn't a problem but may require some adjustment of the plan. The kobold can make them their own cave complex to live in; the should probably find housing on Coruscant by the time she leaves but there's no rush and they might not have to even then. Foodwise she can actually pretty easily feed that many people herself with trapping and foraging, if they don't mind a lot of meat in their diet, but she'd appreciate some help with the chores involved with that and she knows they're not for everyone, and they'd definitely need to have something figured out by the time she leaves. (There's no clear timeline on her leaving but six months seems like a pretty decent ballpark; none of the skills involved in supporting themselves by trapping and foraging should take more than that for them to learn.) Or, again, they can have access to Coruscant and find jobs there to support themselves and buy food that way. Or they can take up farming, maybe, but she can't be nearly as much help with that. Anyway, choices: they have them, and they can discuss them while they wait for the five people to get back.

They are really not prepared to get that close to nature. If not getting that close to nature is an option, that would like to take that one. Coruscant sounds nice and familiar, could they just relocate there?

Ana says the Jedi can help with finding interim housing there, yes.

Then they would like to do that, then.

Sure, that works.

How soon are they expecting the remaining five?

Not too much longer.

Ana uses the time to make some calls to set up housing.

And in due time, the remaining family members arrive back and are briefed on recent developments.

Raafi takes the time to get the story out of Evvin, and assure him that the kobold is usually more thoughtful than that... the culture clash is a thing, yes, but when they're less hyped up they're much more thoughtful.

And then there's a portal back to the warehouse.
