No, Law vs. Chaos is about whether people can tell what you do from what you wear. And the more they can tell what you do from what you wear, the more Lawful you are.

If you're in uniform, you're definitely Lawful.

Imagine a man who promises a friend to always stand by them, and not betray them to the Infernal authorities, and who means this promise. But he breaks it, five years later, halfway because he wants to curry favor with Authority and halfway just because he can't stand living out-of-sync with the people around him. 

I think that'd be a Chaotic act.

I'm not the alignment czar, but in a home game I wouldn't say that it moves you away from LE to sell out a friend or family member to the LE authorities because you can't stand being unconventional.

The problem is that the nine alignments are buckets of unlike things which don't actually cluster. 

It's been established in-thread that I have a negative Strength and Dexterity modifier (also, rereading that tag, my Str should be slightly lower - nandwich forgot age penalties - although it didn't wind up making a difference in the event nandwich is a genius who should never be doubted, and I, Orianna Delmore, foolishly forgot that I had age resistance), and then of course we've established in this conversation that I dumped Wisdom and Charisma.

My Con mod has never come up in this story. For all we know, it could be +4 or higher.
