This isn't the first case she's lost, and it won't be the last.
It hurts every time.

It hurts every time.
Usually after she loses a trial she finds Nirvana guiding her towards a cave by herself where she can process, but not today.
That's very weird but there's probably a reason. There usually is.
She's briefly tempted to go find a cave by herself anyways but under the circumstances that would almost certainly be a mistake. Instead, she winds her way up the path.
Oh. Oh.
There's really only one bluebird that Nirvana would go out of its way to direct her towards after this specific trial, isn't there.
She'd kind of been expecting for him to tell her it wasn't her fault and for her to end up painstakingly explaining every single mistake she made in the trial. She's not really sure what to do instead.
"I know.
"Thank you for being there for him, even if it wasn't enough."
He wraps his wing around her. They sit there in silence for a while longer.
