The sun travels at the same rate but it can maybe entertain itself for a while doing that!

It does not actually have much idea of how fast the sun normally goes so it will keep going up and down Just In Case.  Until it gets to where the Cleo pointed, which it at least kind of remembers.

When the sun is at about the pointed location, out trots the Cleo!

Cleo was technically supposed to have Potions this morning but Professor Dumbledore (who is over there, with Willow) is interested in this project and has arranged for her class schedule to accommodate it.
