Underneath Mount Ebott is a surprisingly large cavern complex. On the western edge, there's a ruined town built from purple brick. On the western edge of that, sunlight from cracks far above illuminates a patch of golden flowers, surrounded by pillars.
"What, if it just - moves away from it suddenly? I... suppose it's possible it might do that if I don't use the spell to designate the dummy as an enemy... which I maybe should not because the archon might in that case attack it and it's useful."
"If you don't summon it right next to the dummy, and it has a lot of questions, there might be barely any time for it to encounter the dummy. And I do think the dummy is useful."
"I'm planning to summon it right next to the dummy, and I will not designate the dummy as an enemy, but if it's startled it might move away perhaps. I can ask it to go back, though; 'stay there' and pointing doesn't take half a moment."
"Hello. On this planet, humans trapped monsters underground long ago, the monster king is collecting human souls to power a - process - to escape and means to then kill all the humans, he has six of seven and I seek instruction on my conduct."
The glowball spins. "Oh no! I'm not really qualified for that. You could summon a bigger celestial?"
"Well you've just got to do the best you can. If you already tried praying about it then Iomedae knows but not every prayer can be answered!"
"Should I consider suicide acceptable to deprive him of a soul?" asks Blai, talking faster.
"Well, let's hope you can do better… I don't suppose you can use external sources of magic energy to summon a bigger celestial."
"Well, we have magic electricity here. Don't just go touching the sources, though, you could electrocute yourself."
"I don't see what I would do with magic electricity. Lightning spells can't power up other spells that I'm familiar with."
"Is there a part of your spell where you have some energy come from you, and instead there could be more energy, if only you had more energy?"
"My spells are from Iomedae. A pearl of power, if I had one of the right size, would let me cast the same spell again in the same day, catching it for me like I can catch orisons, but not extend it or make it a higher circle, and it's that last I'd need for a bigger celestial."
