She's leading this. She's the only one who really knows the breadth of what could be out there. Villarosa, or indeed the planet entire, doesn't have that sort of thriving fiction industry, to prepare them for the depths of the multiverse.
Really, she doesn't either, but she at least knows some more common patterns.

And if you don't want to convert, Villarosa is quite proudly a secular state with a Light-wielding tradition, no matter that most of the form of it does echo the Phoenix Throne's very much non-secular practices.

...Hmm, no, not a diplomat for everybody individually, but to avoid awkward theological disputation, maybe split it into approximately three groups? Deathy people to this one, Lightworkers to this one, Druids and shamans will probably also want to meet with your ecology people - well, druids will want to talk ecology at least, the shamans are probably going to want to - experiment, in a sense, with how Spirit behaves, here -
