She does not have all that many moments that coherent.

It's possible they might lose track of time a bit.

Will it be a hint as to the time when they pick up her soul and she falls asleep pretty much as soon as they've put it down again?

...yes it will.

Serik giggles.

They can sleep all snuggled up together, that sounds like a great idea.

Such a great idea. Not that Siva appreciates it very soon; she's going to be unconscious for a good while after what they put her through.

Well, when she wakes up, Serik can conjure food for everyone.

Ooh, yay. Delicious food.

After a little while she observes, "If we're going to see the Emperor anytime soon, I sort of hope you brought healing water, because I don't think I can walk right now."

He kisses her forehead. He produces healing water.

Yaaay healing water. "I love you," she says. "We should probably do the thing sooner rather than later. To avoid getting quite that carried away again first."

"Yeah, let's go meet the Emperor."

He can conjure clothes as well as food, look at him go!

Yes, yes he can. If she describes the design she's been thinking about, can he also conjure something she can use to properly wear her soul instead of having to keep carrying it in a pocket?

Yep!

Perfect. Okay, now they can go.

To the Emperor's office!

The Emperor is meeting with someone, but the someone doesn't seem to mind the interruption.

"Seofar," he says neutrally. "And Nentiane Siva, I assume...?" She can have a smile.

"That's me!" she says brightly. "How much has been explained to you?"

"Plenty. I am Madai-almerind Corino, but you might know me better as Taliar's father."

"And a two-thousand-year-old survivor of the Soul Wars, that's also mildly relevant," says Esarkan. "I assume you are Serik Tanaikon. When you pick a soulname, please be creative."

"Well, you're exactly the way I expected a strange otherworldly version of my father to be," snorts Serik. "I haven't even manifested my soul!"

"No, but you're going to."

"Well, I did know Taliar had to have a father," she acknowledges. "Also, kudos on surviving. Wow, it must have been a long time since you weren't the oldest person in the room."

"A few centuries," he agrees. "One learns to cope."

"...You have my sympathy for all of the--everything."

"We heard something about fountains of healing?"
