THIS is how a fight between Venrensorys and God is meant to go

Venrensorys doesn't see it coming. He could haved countershiejled, xlazed over the beam, done something more inexplicable and hard to translate, but he stays, stunned by the kaleidoscope of important visions, as Hypergod reaches directly into the monocosm at his very core.

And God didn't see that coming, taking into account induction over not having always had seen things come! That's a lot of things that aren't yet the things that He most expects given the likely goals of Adam here (somewhat understandable, since the likely goals of Adam are ???).

It breaks in His favour, probably. Without needing to hurt Adam, the Lord ray dissipates, and God is able to look inside the seed to find out what happened. He's expecting a snake, personally.

It's looking worse than it was last time God saw it, when He mostly just found it almost neutral and very inscrutable. There are layers and layers of worlds within worlds, on closer expection, fractal like he thought, a whole garden inside, but there's now something very wrong about it. Not good, nor bad, nor neutral, now, but some stranger fourth thing.

Parts of the seed are conceptual and parts are physical, which is nothing new to Him. The physical part has, as its centerpiece, a giant infested thing passing and recieving messages from everywhere shedding flakes of itself, descending down the nested hierarchies within, each one when it lands on an inner world taking it over, turning it into more of the thing. Upon such a transformation, the entities that live within, that would make up Adam Kadmon, transform. The conceptual part is filled with the mental entities resulting from this grisly process, and some, perhaps, that are somewhat serpentine.

A serpent leaps from the seed, wrapping around the Tree of Life. The channels here are very blocked as to not explode the seed immediately, but God needs a little Light to see, and that's enough; if you're logically entangled with the Hazard, you're downstream of it, and it can get you. This mind looks like a grand one indeed!

Reaching the seeds of God's form, and finding it a new part of the world, completely seperate from the Hazard's mindscape, it starts with the work of preparing it for the Hazard's arrival.

Iä! Nahja-Tehba!

Nope. Nope, nope, nope. God clips off the beam that it was using to look into the seed. Definitely a bad seed. Very definitely a bad seed. So overdeterminedly bad this time that Adam needn't have said anything in the first place, at least that mystery is resolved.

He is a lot of what the seed isn't. So He doesn't let it sprout, and it's gone.

AAAA! Actually it is that bad, and Venrensorys is jolted out of his reverie by the icy pain of having his fucking core ripped out. He knew who the perpetrator was already, and there's its hand, still embedded in his chest, a string trailing out all the way back. He xlazes the hand off, damn the cost it hurts, and starts organising his extensions for the counterattack.

This keeps happening! He doesn't have unlimited hands, by which He means He does have unlimited hands, but also in principle more than an unlimited number of steps like this could occur.

That was genuinely a bad move on Adam's part, though. Interrupting the processes inside another God like that, when you're already reeling, when that other God is still at Their full power, that's the kind of thing that leaves you filled with traces, visible and glowing, exposing their exact structures to anyone looking. A mistake like that could almost be fatal. He sees now, the mate in 72, if He did want to hurt Adam.

He doesn't want to. Every seed that Adam is from looks bad, and more are being made worse as He steps through this, but He's omnibenevolent. He was almost hoping that undoing the seed in the center could painlessly undo the rest, make this never have been to either of them, but here Adam remains, beleaguered by the contents of what was in the seed. Maybe underneath all that, there's something that can be saved.

(There is a crack in everything; that's how the light gets in. If it's made of cracks, it follows that a lot of light can get in.)

Horrible mistake. Horrible, horrible mistake. His mistake laughs at him from every angle, many instances of the supergod council defeating him, working together to defeat him, snuffing him out as Hyperman, never letting the monocosms exist. Seventy-two steps and he's ejected into whatever's outside a Beyond bubble, and whether he can survive that is answered by a storm of everything at once as his thoughts bounce off.

And then that goes away, and the outcome becomes uncertain again.

Hypergod, it seems, is very new to this.
