She isn't, exactly, sure what she was expecting, walking alone down a path in the forest.
Maybe she was expecting that it would just be a quiet little trip through the peaceful woods. Maybe she was expecting Galt to have finally gotten things just a little bit more in order by now. Maybe she thought that the glimmering little gem on her finger would be more deterrent than bait if she ran into someone - nothing she has on her person is truly valuable, and most people want a better payday than some pocket change to face up against a wizard or a sorceror.
She sniffles quietly, and runs her shivering paling hands through the motions for a dancing lights again, soft cyan blue and peachy pink lights flaring back into existence against the dark and the cold.
...The blood loss could be worse? She's gotten a bit of adventurer toughness by now, and neither of the shots that hit her were too bad? She should - eventually, probably - be fine, as long as she keeps the wound clean and she doesn't tear anything again, and prestigitation makes the former easy, at least.
She could be more lost, too! She probably did have to run off the main road, and it's not great that she's gotten turned around enough to not really know where she's going, now, but she's found a game trail to follow and theoretically it should wind up somewhere sheltered or identifiable? And she's pretty sure that they're not still hunting her, at least - a burning hands or two was more than enough to stop that.
She murmurs a little prayer to Sarenrae as she rubs her hands together for warmth. She hopes the dawnflower doesn't mind too much that she had to resort to that, and that she can lend a little of her warmth and patience to her to help her get through the cold of the night.
She stumbles through the forest, limping and panting, a quite unfortunate amount of blood dripping out of her chest.
