Erika knows the route to school pretty well. She walks it every day, after all. She could do it almost in her sleep, which means it's a good opportunity to get lost in her own thoughts for a while. Something new and unexpected she needs to pay attention to almost never shows up.
Sailor Mercury is staring with her head cocked. "It's fine," she says automatically.
"Well! You must be Mercury. I'm Sailor Mars. Nice to meet you."
Is it a requirement that all Sailors be cute? They're four for four so far.
Oh no is Sailor Moon going to judge them about the kissing. Or is she also gay? She's cute, though, even when she's staring weirdly.
...This is so awkward. Jupiter does not know how to talk to other humans.
Get it together, Erika. She gives her head a little shake.
"Right. Um. I suppose I wanted to talk with you two about next steps. That is, what do you think about working together in the future? I don't know how much you two already know about Sailor things, but apparently we all used to work together in a past life."
"I know a little bit. But Phobos and Deimos aren't that helpful, a lot of time."
"Ah," she says. "Luna's the one who awakened the two of us – she's a cat, but I don't think she's a familiar..."
"I don't have any objections. We were actually talking about finding you ourselves, the other day. Team-ups are fun!"
"Sailor U was there as well. The first attack was another of the Dark Kingdom flunkies. But it turns out aliens are real, they have their own Sailor Guardians, and we, er, wound up helping to revive one. I donated my own energy instead of the aliens stealing the audience's like the Dark Kingdom does."
"Hiding. There are evil alien Sailors too. One of those destroyed their whole world."
