Ah, hell. 

"Mercury Power, Make Up!"

And then, from behind them, a woman's voice comes: "Quite the crowd... Zoisite-sama will be rather happy with me." This monster is dressed in a long opera gown, a white Venetian mask on her face. She's also floating above the crowd, and ominous piano music builds around her. "Especially if I eliminate you interlopers – "

And then she's interrupted by a higher pitched voice (and by a confused "Mino... Tauron?"), from the direction of the stage. "Hey! We saw these humans first!" Two people with blue-green skin and blue-and-pink hair (who honestly look like ordinary middle schoolers, other than the coloration and dramatic black clothes) stand in the air above Minotauron. "Find your own energy source!"

"...Seriously."

Kinsei is glancing rapidly between both monsters and the Sailor Guardians.

"I won't let any of you hurt these people!"

"I won't let anyone trample the dream of Zoisite-sama!" declares the masked woman.

"We won't let you stop us!" the pink-haired one yells back. "We need this energy! It's not like they're hurt."

"Who are you to tell us what to do, anyways?" sneers the blue-haired one.

"I am Sailor Moon, Guardian of Love and Justice."

"Sailor Mercury, Guardian of Water and Intelligence!"

The two flinch back. "This world has Sailor Guardians as well?!" the blue-haired one exclaims. 

(In the background, Kinsei quietly opens a door on stage, which she darts through with several other actors. The monsters seem too distracted to notice, fortunately.)

(Angel is also trying to slowly inch around Minotauron, who doesn't seem to know which threat to focus on.)

She has to keep the enemy attention focused on her and Mercury instead of the actors.

"Wherever the forces of evil plot, goodness will rise to oppose them! You should know your defeat is inevitable."

"No amount of goodness can save you from what's coming!" the pink-haired one yells, balling her fists. Minotauron, sensing her Masters' anger, turns her attention fully to Sailor Moon as well, stamping at the ground with her hooves. "It didn't save Sailor Makai – !"

"That's enough, An!" the blue-haired one snaps. 

"Ail..." the girl – An, apparently – mutters, but then she takes a deep breath.

(Angel successfully gets off stage, at least the visible parts, but with Minotauron standing right there, no one follows her.)

(Shinju, meanwhile, has dropped to the floor, pulled Erika's mom out of her seat, and is currently dragging the unconscious woman off, hopefully out of view of any monsters with how low she's staying.)

(Shinju-senpai is so reliable. She's the best.)

"And you!" She whirls to point at the masked woman. "I don't know who Zoisite is, but if she's anything like Jadeite we'll run her off as well!"

"Jadeite is a fool who merely thinks she's clever." The woman raises her arm, and the music swells. "I grow tired of this chatter."

That has to be an attack starting. She needs to get get clear of civilians in the blast radius. Stage is her best option for that, it looks like. She's too far away to reach quickly and the woman is hovering midair besides. Hopefully the actors have enough sense to clear out of the backstage area. She makes the jump, aiming to land away from inverse-color duo and their ?pet?.

Mercury jumps beside her. 

And the woman dives towards them, stopping at the edge of the stage, spreading her arms, and singing – loud enough to make their ears ring as a strange feeling like grief builds in their chests. 

Ow. She will try to counteract this.

"Moon Twilight Flash!"

The piano strikes an off key, then a jangling clash of notes, right before the woman shrieks in anger. Her song changes, and the people behind her start to stir, moving as one –

A spinning gold disk strikes her in the mask, ending her song. The people collapse back into their seats. The gold disk flies back the way it came –
