Erika knows the route to school pretty well. She walks it every day, after all. She could do it almost in her sleep, which means it's a good opportunity to get lost in her own thoughts for a while. Something new and unexpected she needs to pay attention to almost never shows up.
"If we get enough data, we could run statistics on how often Luna trips people."
Grin.
Though: "Do we need to do any kind of training? For the Sailor Guardian stuff."
"I went out to practice magic last night. But it's hard to do that and also fight, since you get so tired from it."
"Would it be worth it to take turns practicing, also? So at least one of us is fresh."
"Depending how busy things are, maybe. Luna said that just doing anything can help increase capacity, so my plan was to do a healing spell before bed if nothing else had happened."
"Well, getting back home afterward is the problem, right. My idea was that I could wait until I knew I definitely wasn't going to run across any other trouble that day, and that gets harder when you factor in travel time."
"Might be hard to definitely avoid trouble... Something could come up even overnight."
"I'll put in a formal request for the enemy to stick to evening shifts only," Luna says, dryly.
"I don't know yet. If they're trying to steal energy... They should be mostly targeting people who are awake – an emergency during school hours is probably more likely."
"Yes. But hopefully most incidents will be like today's – something chronic, not emergent."
