For now... Experiment planning?

There are quite a few matters to arrange, even aside from the questions of observation. A suitably private laboratory, test subject procurement, waste disposal...

She has ideas for all of those... (And, implicitly, more than a little bit of experience.)

She's been nothing less than perfectly behaved since coming here, so Celebrimbor will not comment. Everyone has a past.

Though Domhildr's curious about that implicit experience... She doesn't press, though. (Not yet.)

It's almost too bad there's not a war on. That would simplify some things.

And picking one would draw even more attention...

Indeed, there are not many ready enemies these days.

Good for building a peaceful, flourishing society, supposedly. 

Peace has, thus far, been good for Eregion.

It's made fertile ground for Celebrimbor to build her foundations.

Indeed. She has as tidy a kingdom as any of the Noldor, if she might be excused for making the comparison.
