In not too much longer, the meal is ready afterwards she decides to go help with mending clothes. That seems like the kind of thing that might yield a skill and even if it doesn't it's a useful skill to have.

She does feel as if she could sew a bit faster, or maybe make slightly neater seams if she went at the same speed.

Hmm, is that the second skill or do the other skills she had before the quest count? She tries bringing the quest back up to see if it will tell her.

It's counting from when she received the quest - it's marked as 2/5.

That's honestly what she expected but she was hoping it was the other way. Ah well, she'll keep working on her sewing being neater seems better than faster. She isn't sure how many other things could even be skills. There aren't that many chores. 

She thinks for a bit as she sews. She can help with mending the chicken coop, she's done that a couple times though it isn't needed that often so it'll probably be a couple days.

In the meantime she can just keep living, she wasn't too unhappy with life before these boxes and the boxes seem mostly as unwilling to answer questions as the adults which was her only real complaint.
