This is the first time he has encountered DreamXD.

He manages to get out a bristly "Why?" before hurtling into another timeline.

“Because I thought it’d be fun!”

And DreamXD disappears. 

And Jingyan is in… L’Manberg. The crater’s more flooded than Jingyan remembers, and there are more lanterns, but it’s definitely L’Manberg. 

Probably the first thing to do is see if Tubbo is in the city, and introduce himself. Tubbo might not be in charge in this timeline, but he's probably still going to be useful to talk to.

The offer from JackManifoldTV is tempting (he has no reason right now to kill him?) he does not want to make a promise he cannot keep (he... Has no clue who he is, and whether he is trustworthy, or whether he will keep having no reason to kill him.)

Tubbo’s around! (So are Ranboo and Fundy; it doesn’t look like anyone else is.)

He’s wearing his suit. 

'Wearing the suit' doesn't give much information about when this is. (The floodedness of the crater gives more concerning information about when this is.)

"This may be complicated to explain," he says to Tubbo. No reason to draw this out. "DreamXD sent me here from another timeline. For 'fun.'"

…What. I—

Okay.”

"...it is kind of strange talking to you when I know you and your don't know me from a bar of soap."

“I can imagine.”

"If there's some information I can give as proof, I am willing. Though most events I know of were influenced by my being there, so I don't know if you have exiled Tommy--"

“That’s proof. You can stop.

Tommy’s dead. He, uh, died in exile.”

It’s a cowardly way of saying it. But Tubbo’s a coward. 

"Ah."

"He didn't--" No, stop, that's not going to be helpful. "--We made the same decision."

“Mm.

If you haven’t tried to execute Technoblade yet, don’t, it’s not really worth it.”

"We were mostly planning to leave him alone, but noted."

“That’s probably for the best.”

"...I'm not sure how long I'm going to be here, but if there's anything you need help with, let me know."

“Thank you. I, I think we’re fine right now, but I appreciate the offer.”
