Shannon is ON TIME for her first non-Maleficaria Studies class, because Raleigh walks her over. Which she's grateful for, even if she doesn't feel like it was really 100% necessary; apparently part of his preparatory training involved memorizing the entire school layout, so he's good at finding his way around. 

It's apparently a small class, with a correspondingly small room, and yet another example of weird layout; instead of desks per se, it has one of those weird hollow-centered round tables, with metal folding chairs arranged around the periphery. The walls hold an eclectic assortment of educational posters about various history facts, all aged-looking; most of them look like they must have been school assignments, done by hand by former generations of students. 

She appears to be the first one here, which is aaaaaaaaaaaaaah because no one else will have checked for mals first. The room seems clear, though, so Shannon carefully sits down in the chair furthest from any vents.
