"Don't worry about it. Tae-hwan, count down for us?"

"Okay! Three, two, one, go!"

Will there be a timeskip or is the island where the museum is contiguous with where they are?

No timeskips.

Eric wins, though.

That's because he is filthy rich and his expensive broomstick is faster. That's Peter's story and he's sticking to it.

Sure sure. Loser.

The Alam Museum of Archaeology is an enormous building housing artefacts and decorations of the Omiscan people through the ages. Following along the main tour path, you can learn about the history of—

Peter doesn't care, this is all fake anyway, he wants to learn about alexandrite, where does he go?

—very well. There's an area here detailing the evolution of adornment of the Omiscan people which discusses the usage of alexandrite in jewellery. Due to it being so rare and valuable, it was mostly nobility that wore it, and the emperor's crown had a particularly large gem inlaid.

It was lost a long time ago, though, as were all other artefacts bearing the gem that have ever been dug up.

He'll Simpedia alexandrite again.

Alexandrite is a variety of Chrysoberyl, an aluminate of beryllium with formula BeAl₂O₄. It is a result of pegmatitic processes wherein melting in the Earth's crust produces relatively low-density molten magma which can rise upwards towards the surface—

Why is it only found in this here fucking country.

Oh it's because of mumble mumble reasons mumble.

No, Peter is not letting you get away with that. What is the reason?

There isn't one! It could in theory be formed many places! It just so happens that it doesn't! Okay!

...this is absolutely bullshit.

And why does the internet seem convinced that it can even be found here?

That is something the museum can help him some more with: the Omiscan people considered alexandrite to be sacred, and used a lot of it in mystical artefacts which they buried deep in their temples, many of which are unexplored to this day because of the deadly traps and skeleton guardians.

Hey uh are they just gonna hang around here doing nothing? Eric's kinda bored.

"Eric, I task you with the mission of finding us froyo."

"...on it, cap'n!" Off he goes.

Adorable.

Anyway. He supposes what he'll do next is interrogate more people because, uh, deadly traps? Skeleton guardians? No, thank you? Peter's not here for that?

So. Yeah. Good luck to him.
